This remarkable platinum and diamond ring was hand made circa 1940. It contains exceptionally high quality diamonds. The central portion has 7 Baguette Cut diamonds which are channel set weighing 0.90 ct.tw. They are E-F-G colour and VS clarity. This central section is surrounded by 18 Round Brilliant Cut diamonds which are bead set.This piece is exceptionally well made in that the central baguette portion is bolted into the shank with tiny screws. The detailed work is amazing. The ring measures size 6 1/4 and the piece weighs 11.0 grams.
This fantastic retro ring is very high quality. The shank and mount are heavy and solid in platinum and the diamonds are excellent quality producing a unique and beautiful ring from 1940.
