This very cool brooch is hand made and we believe it was made in the late 1940s or 1950s. It features 5 Trapezoid Step Cut smoky quartz crystals suspended around a pentagon-shaped amethyst which weighs 5.80 ct. Additionally, there are 5 Round Brilliant Cut diamonds between the quartz crystals, bead set in a gold frame. The diamonds weigh 0.75 ct. tw., they are "I-J" colour and "VS" clarity. The total weight of this item is 25.1 grams.
