This lovely, simple, classic Cartier ring is clearly stamped. It is set in 18kt yellow gold. Additionally, there is a Cartier SKU Number (#54C0020) inscribed. The rounded band is set with a single Round Brilliant Cut diamond of excellent quality, as you would expect from Cartier. The shoulders are bezel set with two lovely, strong red rubies. This piece is made in France and is fairly contemporary. It is size 5 1/2 and is in excellent condition.
