D .34 - Old Mine Cut and Sapphires 1.18 CTS. TW. The wire work with mill grain detail is gold. The flowerhead is suspended on 2 platinum knife edge bars joined with more diamonds and sapphires. The drop measures 2.5 inches and the delicate 14 kt. white gold chain measures7 3/4 inches. This stunning pendant is in remarkably good condition considering it's age.
