A striking vintage black opal ring set in 14K white gold. The lush lilac toned oval black opal is surrounded by 36 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing 1.44ct. tw. (G-J, SI-I). The face of the ring measures 1.25" x 1." for a dramatic effect on the finger. The opal shows iridescent tones of purple-blue against a dark mauve background. The under carriage is custom made with delicate lattice work. This ring measures size 8 ,can be resized and is in excellent condition.
